Bought a ford explorer 2018 on 03/30/26 and it’s just amazing, I actually waited this long to do a review because I already had a NYC trip coming up and wanted to know how it would hold up, and everything went nice and smooth, went to nyc and came back hauling a 5x8 trailer and still in great shape , thanks to bob I got this great suv, everybody is super friendly here and definitely going to buy another car here also recommend it to friends

Easy to get a used car. The staff is easy to work with. I left with a full tank of gas and a new oil change. A coworker of my partner, purchased a car here as well. The staff works to support each others position.

This was the best dealership I've been too. Very clean, great customer service and they even offer to drop off/ pick you up from home if you leave your car at the shop. They took care of my car within the time they provided. It was fixed correctly the first time and they did a free car inspection.

Bought a used vehicle in February of 2026. Everything went as expected. There were couple items needed to be addressed with the vehicle, and they took care of it, and treated us well. Would not provide diagnostic codes or a copy of test results. Still under warranty and will not state what diagnostic showed is wrong. 2019 Ford Escape. Torque Converter and transmission. bushing need replacement. They are stalling and unreputable.

I had a great experience purchasing my beautiful new Ford! Bob Gardner was easy to deal with and found exactly what I wanted. Even going out of his way to Wisconsin to pick it up! Had a few minor easy fixes after getting it home and they made it a breeze getting it brought back to them and fixing it right up!! For someone who has never owned a Ford this was a great experience and highly recommend them! See Bob he will get you what you want!!

I bought a new Ford Escape in 2020 December where I was told I would get free oil changes for as long as I owned the car. They lied. My word is my bond...theirs is not. This week they said this ended. They just lost a customer....can not be trusted!
