The 2020 Ford Escape Power

The 2020 Ford Escape will have two choices of gas engines. A1.5L EcoBoost and a 2.0L Ecoboost. The 2.0L EcoBoost will also come with Auto Start-Stop Technology. The hybrid and plug-in hybrid version will come with a 2.5L iVCT Atkinson-cycle hybrid engine.

For better performance no matter the terrain or weather, select one of the driving modes that come with the 2020 Escape. Your different mode options are: Normal, Eco, Slippery, Sport and Deep Snow/Sand.

Saving money on gas will be a no brainer with the available All-Wheel Drive Disconnect. When AWD is not needed the front wheels will propel the vehicle leading to a reduced energy demand on the drivetrain.

The 2020 Ford Escape Tech features

Ford Co-Pilot360 is an outstanding suite of standard driver-assist technologies. You will feel more confident driving the 2020 Escape with the included features: BLIS with Cross Traffic Alert, Pre-Collision Assist with Automatic Emergency Braking, Auto High-Beam Headlamps, Lane-Keeping System and Rear View Camera.

Another feature that has your safety in mind is the Head-Up Display. With this feature, you will have all the important information like the Lane-Keeping System, navigation, and incoming calls all displayed at eye-level on your windshield. This will provide you the ability to always have your eyes on the road, keeping you more focused.

The SYNC 3 infotainment system will also be in the 2020 Escape. You get an 8-inch touchscreen that you can search for music on, use climate control, and pair your smartphone to access Apple CarPlay or Android Auto.

The 2020 Ford Escape Interior

The 2020 Escape may look a little smaller than its predecessors but it actually is more spacious! According to Ford, there is more rear legroom and 37.5 cubic feet of cargo space which is 3.5 cubic feet more than the past models. The sliding second-row seats helped make the vehicle more spacious.
